journey of water | 2016
This exhibition charts the journey of water from the wild and unpredictable ocean to the calm and intricate channels of Port Davey. It is a trip I have made several times, firstly whilst fishing with my father and more recently with my husband and son.
These two bodies of water induced in me different feelings and have come to represent for me the internal and the external, the human heart and the world around. Inexorably linked, we are part of the world as it is part of us.
